Motivating Employees

In this comprehensive one-day workshop, supervisors learn how to inspire and motivate their employees to improved performance, without incurring resentment, litigation or damaging relationship. When supervisors ignore behavior problems, hoping that the problem goes away, the problem behavior usually worsens or turns into bigger problems. When supervisors try to dominate their employees to improve behavior, the result is usually resentment, sulking, and sometimes passive-aggressive behavior.

Supervisors learn how to coach and motivate employees to improve productivity, repair discipline problems, improve morale, and avoid litigation.
